Please note that this is a walk-up building with no elevator, so you will need to use the stairs to access the apartment. Feel at home in this bright and modern studio that is thoughtfully designed for a convenient and relaxing stay. It features air conditioning, a smart, internet flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker with tea and coffee. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with distinctive geometric tile work, toiletries, fluffy towels, and bathrobes. A hair dryer, an iron, a portable heater, a fan, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are provided for your convenience. Relax on your balcony and soak up the vibes of Denver. Pets are allowed, but only one pet per room, with a fee of $15 per pet per day, up to a maximum of 15 days. For extended stays of 15 days or more, the cost is capped at $150 per pet. Only 1 space heater is available, and you need to turn off the AC to optimize the heating provided by the space heater. If you’d like to have an additional cleaning service, there is a special offer of $35 for maid service. The apartment is conveniently located near several public transportation options, making it easy to explore the city. Union Station is a 6-minute walk away, and the 16th-Stout Transit Stop, the 16th-California Transit Stop, the Pepsi Center-Elitch Gardens Transit Stop, and the 18th-Stout Transit Stop are also within walking distance. Downstairs, there's a lively nightclub and bar that usually opens on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays/special events. The nightclub operates from 6 pm to 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 6 pm to 12 am on Sundays, which may cause some noise. The building's historic plumbing is sensitive, so please only flush toilet paper. Parties, smoking, and drug use aren't allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. If you have guests staying during your stay who were not included in your original booking, please let us know in advance. A $150 charge per person will apply for any undeclared guests. If you fancy some extra relaxation time on your departure day, there's a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. If you require on-site assistance after regular hours, including lockouts, a $200 service charge will be incurred. Please avoid leaving any trash in the hallway, as a $100 cleaning charge will be applied. The desk was damaged by the previous guests and we are still waiting for the desk replacement.
