Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this walk-up studio requires climbing up to four flights of stairs and is just steps from vibrant nightlife, dining, and the iconic Union Station. The space is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and includes a comfortable bed set against a stylish 'DREAM BIG' accent wall, a smart TV, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave, and an en-suite bathroom with a unique walk-in shower featuring striking wood-patterned tile. Fresh towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer, a portable heater, and a fan are provided. The building features centralized HVAC. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per pet per day, up to a maximum of 15 days. For extended stays of 15 days or more, the cost is capped at $150 per pet. Up to 2 pets per booking are welcome. If you're planning to bring more than two, the process may include a refundable admin hold. You will be in the heart of Denver's LoDo district, close to prime attractions like Coors Field, Ball Arena, and Larimer Square’s shops. Catch a Rockies baseball game or enjoy a warm, summer evening browsing galleries, restaurants, and breweries. It's walkable to Larimer Square's galleries, shops, breweries, and restaurants. Union Station is a 2-minute walk. Denver Union Station boasts an eclectic array of the city’s top local restaurants, bars, and shops. The studio is located above a vibrant nightclub that operates from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so anticipate potential noise during these times. Parties, smoking, and drug use aren't allowed. If there are undeclared guests staying during your stay who were not included in your original booking, a $150 charge per person will apply. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. There is a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. Smoking inside or within 25 feet of the premises may result in a $500 charge. In the event of police involvement due to disturbances, a $500 fine may be incurred. A $100 late check-out fee applies for each additional hour. If you require on-site assistance after regular hours, including lockouts, a $200 service charge will be incurred. Avoid leaving any trash in the hallway, as a $100 cleaning charge will be applied.
