The studio is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, an iron, a hair dryer, and extra pillows and blankets. This is a pet-friendly apartment with a fee of $15 per day per pet (max $150), up to 2 pets. Service animals are always welcome. Additional maid service is available for $50 per cleaning and daily towel and bedding change is available for $35 per day. Early check-in is available at 12:00 PM for $40 or 2:00 PM for $10, subject to availability. No parties, smoking, or drug use are strictly prohibited and will result in reservation cancellation and responsibility for damages. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. There is a $150 extra guest fee for any undeclared guests. There is a $100 fee if the fridge is not cleared and trash is left in the hallways.
