A dedicated workspace is also provided. The building features centralized HVAC, and a portable heater and fan are available for personal comfort. This property is pet-friendly with a daily pet fee of $15 per pet, up to a maximum of 15 days. For extended stays of 15 days or more, the cost is capped at $150 per pet. Up to 2 pets are accepted per booking. Service animals are welcome at no charge or hold if registered with the city. A small community safety charge of $7.50 applies. Parties, smoking, and drug use are not allowed. Smoking inside or within 25 feet of the premises may result in a $500 charge.
