Washcloths are not provided. If the apartment is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations, with heating running from October 13 to May 1 and air conditioning available from May 15 to October 1. Unauthorized parties or smoking inside will result in a $300 fine. A lost parking tag will result in a $200–$300 fee, based on building rates, and a lost FOB or access card will result in a $250 fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, incurs a $50 fee, and the latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
