Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a $50 fee, with the latest possible check-out at 12:00 PM. Late check-out cannot be granted if another guest is checking in the same day, and unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
