The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles.
