This is on the corner of Washington and Comm. It's the Washigton SQ condo complex. The Green Line B train is literally right outside. Heat and hot water are included in rent. Comes partially furnished. The brown shelving unit in living room will stay, as will the queen bed and dresser in right side bedroom. Both rooms are equal in size and have really great closet space. Living room fits sofa, coffe table and dining. Kitchen is granite, has stainless stell fridge, gas stove and dishwasher/disposal. The entry foyer fits other furniture, table and accent chairs. Also has large closet for storage. Laundry is downstairs.
