No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length.
