Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door for $17 per day or approximately $125 per month. Pool access is available, where allowed by season and weather, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is limited to 2 guests at a time. An additional pet fee of $100 to $300, based on stay length, is collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. Ideally located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, this apartment is in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood and is easily accessible to most attractions by walking. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
