Unit does not come furnished, pictures are of a different unit, all units are setup the same. Brookfield 1552 is a very comfortable living space with plenty of room for all your needs. A very nice kitchen, pantry/closet, half bath and a large living room with picture windows really make the main level a great place to live. The upstairs includes both bedrooms and the full bath with laundry. The main bedroom has 2 closets, the second bedroom has 1. small sized dogs (20 lbs) and cats are okay, but will incur a monthly pet fee on top of monthly rent. a detached single stall private garage comes with the unit, and is just a few steps outside the front door. There is a nice back yard (semi private) and a patio to use for your leisure. lawn care, and snow removal are included, as well as garbage.
