About This Home
*DO NOT GO ON PREMISES, AS PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED BY TENANT* *Owner is a licensed MA/NH REALTOR, so please NO soliciting to list with your brokerage* *CALL/TEXT/EMAIL TO GET MORE INFO, AND TO SET UP SHOWINGS* *UNIT #2 - ON LEFT SIDE OF BUILDING* Welcome home to your urban oasis steps away from public transportation, Boston Landing, the Pike, shops, local bars and restaurants, and of course, the city life! It's a total vibe. This modern and spacious two bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse with hardwood floors and quality finishes/details throughout is truly turnkey. Modern amenities abound throughout the sun-drenched space and blend wonderfully with contemporary details. Features include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the open concept kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living space on the first floor. The first floor also includes a half bathroom with marble tile. Heading up to the second floor, the huge primary bedroom has two closets with built in storage and shelving. The primary also features direct access to a private balcony with amazing panoramic views from Bigelow Hill to the city and surrounding areas - great for summer nights to let the warm breeze in. Central AC comes in handy if that breeze gets too warm (heat is also forced air)! The second bedroom also includes a spacious double closet with built-ins as well. The marble-tiled full bathroom has a beautiful shower/whirlpool tub, with a stacked washer and dryer. The icing on the cake for this property is the spacious front to back yard, landscaping, and paver patio out back that is great for outdoor entertaining - a truly private space that's all yours, hard to find in the city. There's plenty of on street parking on our quiet side street -- no permit required! As if there wasn't enough space inside the property, there is also an enormous separate private storage room that has high ceilings, and is accessible from the rear of the home. Utilities (gas & electric) are NOT included included in the rent. Those costs vary, but on average, tenants currently pay about $200 TOTAL/mo. More during the winter months - probably closer to $250-300/mo. Costs will vary on personal preference. Most of systems and appliances are new, or have been recently replaced! The unit will be ready for occupancy no later than October 1. We would like to do a small amount of refreshing, as our relocating tenant has occupied the apartment for several years. First month's rent and security deposit (equal to one month's rent) are due at lease signing. NO smoking or pets. Contact us if you're interested in additional details or for a private showing, which will start very soon, thanks! IMPORTANT NOTE: Pictures are from several years ago, when it was first listed it for rent. A few important lease terms: - Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside of the unit. - No pets, of any kind, are permitted on the premises. - Tenant is to mow lawn and remove snow from all entrances and sidewalk, both on as needed basis. Tools/supplies are provided. Contact owner for additional details.
