We have a furnished 3-bedroom apartment available starting on 8/1. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is huge with over 1,650 sq ft. The apartment is bright and airy with windows in all directions and hardwood floors throughout. Common spaces include a living room, dining room, and a large eat-in kitchen. The unit is fully furnished. Laundry is available in the building and there is a parking space in the back. The house is located at 152 Mansfield Street which is in the heart of Science Hill and right by campus. The other housemates are all Yale graduate students as are the vast majority of the neighbors.
