The home also has dedicated parking if you are bringing a car. This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Guest access will be granted via a door code. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests. The home is pet-friendly but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens. Do not leave pets unattended, and please bring poop bags to pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home.
