Comfy & Spacious with a view of The Hudson
Residing in a 4 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment on the 3rd floor no elevator. The rooms are agood size. The living room has 3 nice size windows that look out to N broadway. It also has an extra atea that seperates from the living in which can be used for the media area. Although the master bedroom has no closet i utilize the hallways semi walk in closet in which i added shelves in the back to utilize the dead space. The apartment has a very long hallway kinda like a raolroad apt but each bedroom can be acvessed it also has a small opening that sits back which can be used to put a table n mirror with knick knacks on. I also have very high ceilings in which i love. The 2nd. 3rd. & 4th bd rms are also a nice size that also have semi walk in closets, 2 of the rooms i also added shelf space to utilize some of the dead space towatds the back. Bd rm no. #5 which has an entrace off the kitchen as well as the master bedroom doesnt have a closet or radiator so is currently being used my sewing & craft rpom. The Bathrooms are not that big but big enough for utilizatiom. They are off the hallway as well. The kitchen in which is towatds the back of the apartmemt is a eat in kitchen medium size but nice. Note: This building has 56 floors incuding the basement. Each floor has 2 apartments each. The bavk of the building faces the Hudson River which is a beautiful scen when the leaves fall off the trees
