This is a great townhome in Avery Ranch. Apartment 14, It comes full furnished with a garage and storage area. Corner lot. Plantation shutters. Washer and dryer included. I can send more pics just request. We are located to restaurants, shopping, and lots of business. Down the street from the new children’s hospital. Apple, Dell, Samsung close by. We allow small dog and cats. We include Wi-Fi, water, and trash removal. Also the yard is taken care of by the HOA. You have access to community swimming pools.
