About This Property
Walking distance to CSU! New hardwood laminate floors throughout the house! Great location in reference to CSU and downtown Fort Collins! Cozy townhome in a cul de sac with lots of open space. The property backs up to a common green space for the neighborhood. Amenities include washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, central heating, and a single car garage. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent but average around $70 per month. Furniture in the living room and dining room will/can stay. Three rooms available 8/1/2021 The main thing I am looking for in a tenant outside of paying rent on time and respecting the house is being more on the quiet side and respectful to the neighbors (not throwing big parties and making a lot of noise late at night).
1468 Edgewood Ct is a townhome located in Larimer County and the 80526 ZIP Code.

The nearby Rocky Mountains and Roosevelt National Forest are ideal for activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter, sledding, skiing, and snowshoeing are popular.
Year-round events and festivals bring Fort Collins residents together. Whether it’s enjoying the popular summer concert series, catching a live musical performance at the Mishawaka Amphitheater, cheering on participants in the Colorado Marathon, or attending one of the popular music festivals, there’s always something exciting happening.
