About 1437 47th Ave San Francisco, CA 94122
Hello, I'm looking for a single, non cigarette smoking occupant with no cat/dog. Caged/aquarium pet is fine. Room will be available mid to late December. I don't mind if January 1st is the move in date. Unit is a 3 bed flat. Bedrooms are located in the back of the building. Living room and dining room are connected. Kitchen is fairly large and spacious. The unit JUST went through a complete remodel and has only been occupied since September. House is located half a block from the N Muni train and 2 blocks from the beach. You'll fall in love with Java Beach Cafe if you haven't already. Bedroom has one large closet roughly 8 feet wide with mirrors. Plenty natural light from the window which overlooks the backyard. Sonic Fiber internet installed which is a very fast internet service. There is a dog in the building so take this into account if you have allergies. Utilities already calculated into cost but might change if we continuously blast the heater during winter. One month deposit. About me: 28, male, 420 friendly, big home body, very clean and organized. I like hosting movie nights. I was an event planner for a few years and have the mindset in wanting to share a good time with others. Common area: -50" TV in living room with 2 black leather couches (one 3 seater and 1 love seat). Nice large Lovesac bean bag. -There's a fireplace but will not be used aside from candles (SF emission laws prohibit fire place use). -Plenty of plants to make the place more alive. -Washer/dryer in the garage. This is a multi unit building so we'll have a schedule for every person. -Backyard with patio and grill. It's still a work in progress. -House rule (at least for the short term) where every guest has to draw something on the dry erase board. -Dimmer switches throughout the whole home. -Plenty of art in the house. My style is geeky and graffiti. Sorry if I don't respond in a timely fashion. Better, more lit pictures will eventually be uploaded. If interested, shoot me a message about yourself and if possible, how long you plan to stay. Short term occupancy is preferred (6mo-1.5yr). My current roommate who is moving out is willing to sell the queen size bed frame and mattress (purchased in September) for $600.
