There is a strict no-smoking policy of any kind, including vaping, in the unit, on balconies, and in all common areas, with a violation fee starting at $500 and a $500 penalty for tampering with smoke detectors. A strict no-party and no-gathering policy is enforced, with zero tolerance for noise complaints; quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and any noise complaint may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. Only confirmed guests on the reservation may enter the property, and unregistered guests may result in immediate removal. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; late check-out is $25 per hour, subject to availability, and unauthorized late check-out will be charged accordingly. A lost key fob incurs a $200 replacement fee, and unauthorized guests or parties will result in immediate cancellation and penalties. A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
