Qualifications-- Your lease must begin within 25 days from the date you apply. You must have good credit, stable verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, and favorable landlord references. For income qualifications, we can combine the incomes of the two most highly compensated residents. This is a non-smoking building. Tenant pays all utilities. Renter's insurance with $500K personal liability is required.
Minimum 12-month initial lease -- then lease extensions. Move-in funds required are the first month's rent (pro-rated if move-in occurs after the first day of the month) and all "deposits". (security deposit, and any additional pet deposits).
