About This Property

This is a 2.5 month lease takeover until September 23th, 2022. Uptown Broadway helps with the paperwork to ensure everything goes smoothly. You have the option to renew the lease if you want. At the end of the lease, you will receive a $500 deposit back, as long as there isn't damage. This unit is part of Uptown Broadway apartment complex. Uptown Broadway is a great apartment complex with 4.7 stars and 100+ Gooogle Reviews. They have fixed our 2 maintenance requests within 24 hours, and their staff is very easy to reach. It is very easy to get to the main parts of Boulder via Broadway or 28th St. It is 8 minutes from Pearl St. There is free & convenient street-side parking. You can also get a garage spot for $30. Trash is $10. Water is ~$25 & electricity is ~$60, depending on usage. We're happy to answer any questions or give you a virtual or in-person tour.
