We are just a few blocks from both Sloan's Lake and the light rail station. Access downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, LoHi, and the RiNo art district, all via light rail or a quick drive. We have everything you need to be comfortable for longer stays, including 1 complimentary clean for each month you stay! The space Inside: Our basement apartment is light, airy, and fully stocked for those working remotely! Our kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and all the cooking utensils and supplies you will need. The space is comfortably designed with a Queen size bed, sofa, dining table, and a full sized bathroom. You will have access to your own personal washer/dryer making our unit very convenient and filled with all of the essentials. Guest access Self Check-in Instructions will be sent 48-hours before your stay. Our home is separated into 2 apartments. The main unit is rented out. You may see other renters in the entryway stair well. This unit is completely private from the main unit besides the common entry-way stairwell. Other things to note THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Dogs are allowed. We charge a $150 non-refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. One pet only and weight limits may apply. There is no private outdoor space. You will need to walk your dog. Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats. Our unit is located in the basement apartment of our townhome. The stairwell is common space to access both units but each unit is completely private and separate (RLNE8404483) Other Amenities: Furnished. Appliances: Air Conditioning, Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer. Utilities: Heat Included, Electricity Included, Gas Included, Water Included, High-Speed Internet Included, Trash Pick-up Included.
