Beautiful daylight mother-in-law apartment with separate entrance. Full kitchen with gas stove and full bath. Bonus desk area. Includes access to on-site washer and dryer, outdoor storage space, Harry Potter storage and all utilities except cable. Two blocks from #5 bus line to down town. Walking distance to area restaurants, public library and grocery store. No animals, but we'll happily share our dog. No smoking. First, last and deposit. Our renters hate to leave so this is a rare vacancy!
