Quite but close to Columbia Heights and only two blocks to walking and biking trails in Rock Creek Park. The apartment is a corner unit with high ceilings and windows on both sides. Granite bar and counter top and stainless steel appliances. The building also has a rooftop and grill with a cool view. Outside of the building is a crossfit gym, small grocery store, dry cleaner, art gallery and new bistro recently opened with outside seating.
