Tree-filled, historic, and packed with educational opportunity, there's no other neighborhood quite like Fenway. The neighborhood may be most well-known for its titular attraction, Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. However, the area is also renowned for its sprawling greenspace. The name "Fenway" refers to the neighborhood’s lush parkway and tree-filled paths that wind lazily through the area, forming part of Frederick Law Olmsted’s “Emerald Necklace Plan” (a chain of parks throughout Boston). The Fenway opened in 1876, and its route includes the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Steward Gardner Museum.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 1330 Boylston
Wonderful building and excellent, professional staff!
The location is prime within a walking distance to Target, Star market, Fenway Park, Museum of Fine Arts. Staff are very helpful and friendly including Shiela, Justin, Jeff, John and Victor. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. The roof top over looks Fenway park.
From initial tour to daily service and amenities this property is run with friendliness and professionalism. On the first day we felt at home. The location provides easy access with all modes of transportation. The neighborhood is filled with amenities and living here is convenient and hassle free. The leasing staff and concierge staff make it a joy to walk into the building. We love living here.
As strange as it may sound, 1330 is now one of the "older" buildings in the spate of Samuels & Associates new construction projects. I feel that things like appliances, infrastructure and overall "feel" of the building is starting to show its age. As such, it doesn't seem to be as great of a value as it once was. I'm still paying top rates in rent and other facilities are probably now more competitive.
Incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive staff make living at 1330 a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Timely and Professional work! Had a plumbing issue and it was taken care of immediately. Great work by the maintenance team.
1330 is an amazing place to live! Modern and updated apartments with very spacious floor plans paired with a dedicated staff of concierge and maintenance workers makes living here an absolute joy. No request goes unattended and the amenities make this building a no brainer!
Dedicated staff that follow through on your experience.
Nice building and nice apartments - larger then other new buildings in the area but at a reasonable rent. The management and the concierge are good, at least I am very satisfied with them at the moment. The fitness center is small though - may need some improvement on that.
Great location. Can be a pain during Red Sox home games and get dirty and very crowded around the neighborhood because of this. Appliances need an update and the fact I can only get cold or hot water from bathroom sinks in both units Ive lived in is a head scratcher. Working in the city its a great place to live but could use a few upgrades. Staff is amazing however
Ive been here for a number of years and have felt very safe and comfortable. Ive never had any problems with neighbors or being out in the community.
Great quality with great staff but there are small issues that should have been fixed already. Overall good for the money though.
Although I have called 1330 Boylston home for only a short period of time, I could not be happier with my move! From our first meeting with the leasing office, my husband and I knew we wanted to call 1330 home. The location can not be beat within the heart of Fenway- endless restaurants, shops, and bars are right outside the door. The neighborhood becomes even more alive on game nights at Fenway Park. The building is beautifully kept with shared lounges, rooftop pool, and fitness center for residents. The apartments are furnished with modern touches and floor to ceiling views of Fenway Park and Longwood. We have loved getting to know the concierge and leasing staff and feel like they are readily available for any comments, questions or concerns. We would highly recommend 1330 Boylston to anyone!
Concierge and maintenance staff management office and management are very helpful great improvement in last year
Love living here for the most part. The location is great if its where you need to be but the tourists suck. Pool is awesome in the summer albeit a bit crowded. Gym could use work equipment-wise. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Awesome service.
Living at 1330 is absolutely wonderful. While the amenities and apartments themselves are top notch, the best part of the building is the employees.
