Floor plan is virtually identical to photo. Spacious. Available: 10 September 2016 to 31 May 2017. Sublet with option to renew. We are moving because we bought a house. We've lived here since May 2015, and we like it more than any rental we've ever lived in, in Madison. Amenities (below) are great and property managers are personable and go above and beyond. Move-in accessible: Elevator and entrance down the hall is street level. Apartment is on second floor. Apartment is away from elevator and entrances so it is tranquil. Quiet neighbors above, below, across the hall, and to the left. I'm not even sure if we have neighbors to the right or if it's a storage area. We've never met or heard them. Poop-bag dispenser at entrances and pet-waste disposals on pavement. Building exits to path to Midtown Commons Park, an open field convenient for ultimate frisbee and dog frollicking.
