This modern farmhouse, remodeled in 1983, features free Wi-Fi, a stocked kitchen, an electric induction cooktop with oven and microwave, and cookware and dishes. Kitchen appliances also include a refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, tea kettle, French press, toaster, and blender. Both bathrooms offer a modern, luxurious feel with stocked essentials. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer with detergent. A kids' high chair, toys, and pack and play are available, along with pet bowls. Manchaca Meadows offers on-site uncovered parking for about four cars. Dogs are considered with an additional cleaning fee of $150 due before check-in. Close to many local restaurants in downtown Buda, you can live like a local. No pets other than dogs are allowed on the premises. No kids under 5 are allowed inside the hot tub. Kids over 5 years of age should always be supervised by an adult in the hot tub. Elderly, pregnant individuals, or anyone with diabetes, high blood pressure, or heat conditions should consult a doctor before hot tub use. Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. Limit the hot tub temperature to less than 104°F and usage to 20 minutes. Do not use glass in the hot tub. No jumping, diving, or pets are allowed inside the hot tub. There is no lifeguard on duty; use the hot tub at your own risk. Cover the hot tub after each use. Any glass breakage in or around the pool must be reported immediately. The pool will be closed until professionally inspected and cleaned, and a minimum $300 inspection/cleaning fee will apply, with additional charges possible depending on the extent of cleanup.
