Enjoy the newly added therapeutic hot tub for a relaxing stay. The home is a fully remodeled 1983 property featuring dedicated workspaces with office supplies. It includes a fully stocked kitchen with an electric induction cooktop, oven, microwave, cookware, and dishes for home-cooked meals. Kitchen appliances also include a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, tea kettle, French press, toaster, and blender. Both bathrooms offer a modern luxury feel with stocked essentials. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer with detergent. Smart TVs are available in the master bedroom and living room. Manchaca Meadows offers onsite uncovered parking for about four cars. Dogs are considered with additional cleanings during the reservation, and guests pay housekeeping directly for extra cleans. A non-refundable $150 pet fee is due before check-in. No pets other than dogs are allowed on the premises. Located close to many local restaurants in Buda downtown, this property allows you to live like a local. Manchaca Meadows offers a peaceful large fenced backyard with beautiful trees, an outdoor cabana-style living area with dining seating, a propane grill, and a fire pit. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay and cannot lease out any part of the property to others. Important house rules include no kids under five allowed inside the hot tub, and supervision is required for kids over five. Elderly, pregnant individuals, or anyone with diabetes, high blood pressure, or heat conditions should consult a doctor before using the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, and limit the temperature to less than 104°F and usage to 20 minutes. No glass, jumping, diving, or pets inside the hot tub. Cover the hot tub after each use. There is no lifeguard on duty, and use is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents. The house has dedicated workspaces with office supplies, making it ideal for remote work.
