For families, a high chair, toys, and a pack and play are available, along with pet bowls. Manchaca Meadows offers onsite uncovered parking for about four cars. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable $150 pet fee due before check-in, and additional cleanings during the reservation may be required depending on the length of stay. Guests pay housekeeping directly for extra cleans. Located close to many local restaurants in Buda downtown, this property allows you to live like a local while being just a short drive from Downtown Austin. The neighborhood offers a peaceful setting with large beautiful trees on the property and surrounding areas. Keyless entry locks provide convenient access to the property. Guests are liable for any damage that occurs during their stay and cannot lease out any part of the property to others. No kids under five are allowed inside the hot tub, and children over five should be supervised by an adult. Elderly, pregnant individuals, or anyone with diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart conditions should consult a doctor before using the hot tub. Avoid using the hot tub under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, and limit the temperature to less than 104°F and usage to 20 minutes. No glass, jumping, diving, or pets are allowed inside the hot tub. Cover the hot tub after each use. There is no lifeguard on duty, and use is at your own risk.
