Kitchen appliances also include a refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, tea kettle, French press, toaster, and blender. Both bathrooms offer a modern luxury feel with stocked essentials. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer with detergent. A kids' high chair, toys, and pack and play are available, along with pet bowls. Manchaca Meadows offers on-site uncovered parking for about 4 cars. Dogs are considered with additional cleanings during the reservation (depending on the length of stay), and the guest pays housekeeping directly for extra cleans. A non-refundable $150 pet fee is due before check-in. Live like a local with many local restaurants in Buda downtown. No pets other than dogs can stay on the premises. No kids under 5 are allowed inside the hot tub. Kids over 5 years of age should always be supervised by an adult in the hot tub. Elderly, pregnant, or anyone with diabetes, high blood pressure, or heat conditions should consult a doctor before hot tub use. Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. Limit the hot tub temperature to less than 104 F and usage to 20 minutes. Do not use glass in the hot tub. No jumping, diving, or pets are allowed inside the hot tub. There is no lifeguard on duty, so use the hot tub at your own risk. The property is equipped with a Ring security camera at the front door, which records only the exterior entryway and is used to ensure guest and property security. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay and cannot lease out any part of the property to others during their stay.
