You will be in the amazing neighborhood, Parkwood. Because so many doctors and nurses live in the neighborhood, our streets typically get plowed first and taken care of first. The neighborhood is amazing, and great for taking walks, and very close to bike trails, Eldora park, and CSU. It's roughly in the center of Fort Collins, and about 10-15 minutes to just about anything. It is a 7 min. drive to south-east corner of CSU. King Soopers, Sprouts, Starbucks are 4 minutes away. At the price I am asking, and with everything covered, this is a heck of a deal. Redfin, doesn't give me a lot of options for leasing choices. The lease can run to August 1, 2026. At which point you can renew for 1 year after that, at a rate of $1250/month. Recently renovated. New laminate flooring, new floor tile in the bathroom, kitchen, and pantry. Also new wall tile surrounding the tub with a built in niche. Freshly painted all rooms and closets. We put new carpet in the bedroom and walk-in bedroom closet. The condominium comes with private pool and private tennis court access. The unit has paid basic cable television with HBO and Showtime. Internet must use Fort Collins Connexion. Baseboard heat, trash, and water. Large parking lot, plenty of parking, as long as your vehicle has valid license plates and moves every so often. There is an assigned covered parking spot, but that spot is available only for 3-4 months, it's great during the winter months. I rarely get snow or ice on my windshield. Tenant is responsible for any repairs or maintenance under $200.00. However, if the stove, fridge, and dish washer has any issues, I will pay for that myself. The pictures are out of order, sorry about that, I did a mass upload. The condo is done, we might have to do 1 final mopping. Also note, I am out of town a lot. My friend who owns a very well known prominent restaurant on Laurel and College will be showing the unit for me.
