The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by violation of the rental policy, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Bath towels are not included, so guests are encouraged to bring their own. The building uses a centralized HVAC system regulated by municipal and environmental guidelines, with heating active from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Guest screening is mandatory before check-in.
