About This Property

We are looking for someone to rent our furnished home for short term rental (1 month stay: June 8 - July 6 max) while we are out of town for the summer. Most of our personal items (pictures of our family, family art, personal clothes/belongings, etc. will be removed during stay). No Pets. No Smoking. Must adhere to home guidelines. FURNISHED home, all utilities and wifi included. OVERVIEW Welcome to our furnished home, a newly built 1,800 sq ft townhome located in the most popular neighborhood in Charlotte! Plaza-Midwood is a vibrant and funky neighborhood, known for local breweries, family friendly parks, great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. This contemporary styled 3 bedroom 3-story home includes a 2-car garage with crown molding, tray ceilings, recessed lighting, handsome floors, and updated finishes throughout. THE SPACE The entry level is professionally designed and comfortable to serve as a second living area, including a sleeper sofa and well-maintained powder room. The two car garage includes wardrobes for everyone's jackets and clothes with limited storage available. Upstairs, entertain in the spacious living room with an extra large flat screen TV with in-ceiling speakers and comfortable couches. Enjoy crafting delicious meals in the kitchen with its gorgeous counters, updated storage, single basin sink, and stainless steel appliances with a large upgraded double door refrigerator and all the cooking ware and utensils you could want, neatly hidden away. The dining area has a large, beautiful wooden dining table perfect to host friends and family with Relax in the private master bedroom with tray ceilings and a canopy queen size bed and pillowtop mattress. A large, double sink luxurious bathroom and shower. 2 additional bedrooms, one designed and decorated for children to sleep comfortably in sturdy bunkbeds, including books and toys ready to play. The other room is a perfect guest room office combo that includes a sleeper couch and sturdy wooden desk. The house is kept very clean and well maintained and comes with a 2-car garage, front yard space, and balcony. Full Kitchen appliances and Washer/Dryer included. LOCATION: Located about three miles southeast of Uptown Charlotte, Plaza Midwood is one of the Charlotte's trendiest neighborhoods. The neighborhood balances the beauty of suburban and urban living with lush, tree-lined streets, access to great schools, plentiful amenities, and convenience to the heart of the city. Filled with diverse eateries, trendy gastropubs, live music venues, and breweries, Plaza Midwood has a vibrant nightlife scene. Plaza Midwood is also home to Midwood Park and the Charlotte Country Club, so recreational activities are available as well. There are also several spas, yoga studios, salons, offices, and retail shops in the neighborhood. Veteran Memorial Park in the center of the community provides a breath of fresh air with a splash pad, playground, and sports facilities.
