There are hardwood floors in the downstairs & carpeting upstairs. The house has 3 bedrooms with large closets – the master bedroom is extremely spacious. The bathrooms are a unique selling point – the downstairs bath has a steam shower with tile & granite and the upstairs bath has a deep tub set in beautiful granite, which is the perfect way to relax and unwind. All appliances are included and there is a washer & dryer in the newly re-floored basement level of the house.
