I'm looking for people who are interested in renting a 1 bed 1 bath apartment at Cabana Beach. I'M WILLING TO PAY JANUARY AND FEBRUARY RENT. Each bedroom is 172sq feet. whole apartment is 972 sq feet. Rent per month is $539. Utilities INCLUDED WITH RENT every 1st of the month. $25 APPLICATION FEE when you sign the lease. Deposit is ALREADY PAID FOR. It's a second story apartment, AMAZING water pressure, private bathroom for each bedroom, large living room and dining area, washer and dryer included. The complex is PET FRIENDLY and provides SCREENED IN PORCHES so no bugs can get in and your pet can't get out. Texas State University is 12 MINUTES AWAY by bus, and there is 2 TSU dedicated bus stops RIGHT IN FRONT of Cabana Beach that all the students take. Besides the apartment the Cabana Beach amenities are SOME OF THE BEST I've ever seen at such an AFFORDABLE complex. There is a double pool with sand lounging area, hot tub, beach volleyball and full sized basketball court. If you have a dog there is a designated dog park called Dog Vegas, a 24-hour computer study room and complementary printing room, and a 24-hour weight room. Loved my time here!
