Hookups for washer and dryer are located inside of the apartment. Tenant must provide their own washer, dryer & refrigerator. Monthly Rent is $1,500. Property is NOT set up with any third party assistance programs, so housing vouchers cannot be accepted as payment for rent. Lease Term Period is for 1 Year.
