Walking distance to Elliott Bay waterfront and Seattles central business district, South Lake Union and Seattle's surrounding neighborhoods, you'll have ample outdoor activities to explore and you'll only be minutes to the freeways giving you access to the surrounding mountains and islands. 3 month minimum lease. A security deposit equivalent to 1 month rent is required with an approved background/credit report before move in. A small dog or cat is negotiable with an additional $50 monthly pet rent.
