Nice view!

This is a 1 bedroom apartment in a 32 floor doorman building. The large balcony provides lovely views of the entire Manhattan Skyline as well as areas of Queens including citifield, Arthur Ashe tennis stadium and the throgs neck bridge. The building is highly multicultural and diverse. The location is easily accessible to public transportation and is a short walk from the Union Tpke stop on the E/F and well as multiple bus lines including the express to Manhattan and to Laguardia. This apartment boasts brand new appliances in the kitchen and bathroom and 2 large closets - in the living room and bedroom.

Simple luxury

This is an excellent building to live in! It has a laundry room onsite, parking garage, and brand new gym! I lived there for a year then moved in with my boyfriend further into queens. I rented a studio on the 17th floor that had all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen was separate from the living space. 3 blocks away from the express trains (E & F).
