Fully furnished, Minimum stay is 30 nights, utilities and internet included Enjoy your visit to Madison in this newly updated 1 bedroom flat in a great location in the Tenney/Lapham area within walking distance to the Williamson-Marquette Neighborhood. Restaurants, cafes and music venues abound! Plenty of on-street parking, public spaces, and transportation. Under 1-1/2 mile to the Capitol & Monona Terrace, under 2 miles to the Kohl Center, 3 miles to Camp Randall and 4 miles to the airport. Perfectly suited for couples or solo adventurers. The flat is a newly updated one bedroom one bathroom lower unit of a two unit house (so you will occasionally hear the tenants upstairs). This is a smallish place that sleeps 2 very comfortably. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV with Chromecast. A warm and inviting living room with a comfy couch and flat screen smart Roku TV to watch all your favorite shows/movies through Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu and more (please note there is no cable but several antenna stations, including all the networks). A bright dining area to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, and a newly remodeled kitchen equipped with all the basics. Minimum stay is 30 days. Guest access First floor of a two-flat house, includes front porch. You will have private use of the entire apartment. On-street parking is plentiful. There is also a small outdoor porch to enjoy in the warmer months. During your stay you will have access to: * Coffee maker * Smart TV in living room with streaming such as Netflix (no cable channels) * TV in bedroom with Chromecast (no cable channels) * Wireless High Speed Internet * Hair dryer * Complimentary body wash and shampoo * Towels * Iron and small portable ironing board House Rules: * Guests must register sign a short term lease * Free Shared Laundry is included. * Exit door off the kitchen must be kept closed and locked, except in case emergency * No smoking on the property - inside or out * No loud music * No pets * No Parties Other things to note *You will need to go up/down 3 steps to enter/leave the apartment. *This is an older house, converted into a two-flat many years ago. We have upstairs tenants. If you are home, you will occasionally hear them, and they will occasionally hear you. If you need absolute silence or are bothered by footsteps, this place is not for you. Likewise, if you are looking for a place to party and entertain during your stay in Madison, we'd ask you to keep looking. *While we do not allow pets for this unit, the upstairs tenant has a dog. Occasionally you will hear the dog bark if it is startled and may see it in the fenced-in backyard. *A/C is a window unit in the dining room (right next to bedroom). There are ceiling fans in the dining room, living room and bedroom that keep the air circulating pretty well. If you need super A/C'd environment when it's really humid, this might not be for you.
