Outdoor amenities include: 2 min walk to Campus West Shops & Restaurants (Cosmos, Fuzzys, Krazy Karl’s, Jim’s Wings, Qdoba, etc.), on-sight parking for two vehicles, bike racks, porch, outdoor storage closet. Indoor amenities include: 1 larger bedroom with walk-in closet, exterior and interior bedroom locks, bedroom ceiling fans, fully renovated kitchen with new cabinets, Silestone quartz counters, pantry, small study nook w/ desk, and two bar height stools at the counter. Hardwoods throughout, new stacked washer/dryer, new AC, and new water heater. Pets allowed (cats or sm or medium dogs only) with a pet fee. Questions or desire a showing? We only accept student renters with a parental guarantee OR graduate or non-students will need to complete an online application that includes a background & credit report.
