Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, with a $400 fine for eliminating the smell of smoke. Be mindful of noise levels, especially after 9:00 pm, as noise complaints are not tolerated and can result in full deposit charges or eviction without a refund. Additional guests are not allowed beyond the number indicated on the booking confirmation to avoid large gatherings and parties. Reservations from third parties are not allowed. The unit must be left in good condition without excessive mess; additional cleaning fees may occur if necessary. All reservations require ID identification of the individual who made the booking request and the disclosure of the full names of all additional guests.
