Guests will have access to the building's amenities, which require fob keys. Digital keys are available for $10 each, and physical keys are $50 each. Your stay includes one free assigned parking spot inside the building's parking levels. Additional parking or valet service is available directly through the valet company for an additional cost. The unit must be left in good condition, without excessive mess, or additional cleaning fees may occur. All reservations require ID identification of the individual who made the booking request and the disclosure of the full names of all additional guests. Please take good care of the unit key; a loss will incur a locksmith cost of $100-$200. The unit door locks automatically, so do not leave keys inside when leaving the premises.
