Apartment has been recently renovated with modern appliances, including dish washer, microwave, oven and refrigerator/freezer. Hardwood floors through the entire apartment, with the exception of the bathroom and kitchen. In unit washer and dryer. Bedrooms are good sized. Awesome window cutout between the living room and kitchen. Spacious front porch and back porch/fire escape. There are four parking spots behind the apartment which are shared among the four apartments in the unit. Parking is first come first serve, and street parking is also available. Dogs are not allowed. Cats are allowed for an additional $25 fee per month. Please note, you would be subleasing with Metro Properties until the end of our current lease in August, at which time you will have the option to resign. We are aiming to move out in early March, but would be flexible with the exact dates. We are also willing to leave many of the furniture items you see in the photos free of charge.
