Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction with a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fine for violations.
