This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a classy, vintage, dog-friendly building... can you spot the dog in the pictures!? :) It has great closet space, plus storage in the basement, wonderful lighting and a vintage stained glass window. The bedroom is large (can fit a king size bed) and the living room is even larger. Baseboard heating makes it very cozy and air conditioning units keep summer days cool. Coin-op laundry in the basement. Both the street and neighbors are quiet and safe. You'd be walking distance to a convenience store/deli, the best coffee shop in town (Taza d'Oro), a bakery, a bar, and lots of restaurants (including delicious late-night burgers). Highland park is an easy walk (in addition to paved loop, offers wooded trails that dogs love), and also contains a swimming pool, tennis courts and volleyball courts with sand by the pool.
