About 11 Parker Ave Lynn, MA 01902

Lovely, sunny first floor apartment in owner-occupied Victorian house overlooking Goldfish Pond with great views of the park. House in photo. (follow the link for more info on Goldfish Pond "http://www.goldfishpond.org"). There are five small rooms (700 square feet): Bedroom, Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bath and small private porch. Victorian details include hardwood flrs, moldings, french doors, and an antique claw foot tub. Galley style kitchen with ikea cabinetry and track lighting--w/fridge, stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal. There is an air conditioner in summer as well as ceiling fans, energy efficient windows, a programmable thermostat, and high efficiency boiler (gas) and recently the building was newly insulated-- all this will give you very low heating bills during the winter months. Plenty of outlets and the living room and bedroom and apartment is ready for Fios or Xfinity. There are two washers and two dryers (shared with owner and other tenants) in the basement (No xtra cost). The apt has a storage unit in basement. The building is secure with intercom system for each unit and 24 hr security camera system that monitor all entrances and sides of the building. THE HOUSE is a 3 1/2 block walk to the BEACH, a 2 min walk to bus stop on route into Boston (Marblehead Buses 441, 442, Express 448 & 449 into downtown Boston and Airport in 35-40 min), less than half mile walk or 5 min drive to the Commuter Rail at North Shore Community College (20 min train ride to North Station). There are great supermarkets and shopping less than 1 mile away @ Vininn Square in Swampscott (Whole Foods, Stop&Shop, Marshalls, Home Goods, Staples etc). The Goldfish Pond Association is an active neighborhood association that maintains the park and keeps the area safe and friendly. Considerations: Absolutely, NO SMOKING in apartment or on property outside--remember, I live there too and I will know. The landlord and other tenants are quiet, and you should be QUIET too. Only two occupants are allowed in this 1 bedroom unit. No pets. There is no off street parking--only on street parking (You can pull your car into the driveway during snow emergencies). You pay electricity, heat and hot water. You must pay first month + last month rent and a security deposit. References need to include your two previous landlords and a background and credit check will be done. No real estate agents or brokers, please. Email or call to set up an appt to see the unit.
