About This Property

We’ve lovingly owned this home for the past 18 years and are excited to rent it out to someone who will enjoy it as much as we have—ideally a young family looking to make happy memories here. This is a charming older home that has been well cared for and thoughtfully updated over the years. Most recently, we installed a brand-new heat pump, making the home energy-efficient and comfortable year-round—warm in the winter and cool during the summer. One of the home’s standout features is the large, fully fenced backyard. There’s ample space for gardening, outdoor entertaining, or simply relaxing. When our children were younger, we had a play structure and trampoline out back, and our dog loved having the space to run and play. It’s a perfect yard for pets, children, and anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors. We hope to find renters who will appreciate the character of this home and take pride in making it their own while they’re here.
