**$200 off first month’s rent + free garage parking November—June!** Located in a complex built in 2015, just behind Hawks Landing in Verona. It's a few minutes from Epic, Target, Hy-Vee and major highways. Our unit has an unobstructed view of an open field/horse farm and the prettiest sunsets. I'm a self-professed clean freak and we don't wear shoes in the house (so carpeting and floors have very minimal wear and tear.) About the apartment: - 805 square feet with a lot of natural light - 15' ceilings throughout - All utilities included minus cable/internet and electricity (our electric bill is approx. $70/month) - TDS or Charter are cable/service providers (we have TDS and been happy with service) - Central air conditioning and heat - Private, enclosed balcony - Full size, stacked washer/dryer in unit - Ample storage: large walk-in closet with shelf and hanging space, entryway closet and linen closet - Free off-street lot parking. Garage parking is $30 for the first stall, $60 for the second stall - Large locked storage unit and bike racks in garage (no additional charge) About the community: - Our building is exceptionally quiet and we've never had a problem with noise. Most residents here are young/middle-age professionals - Free wifi in leasing office lobby - Community room free to reserve; lots of seating, full kitchen and flat screen TV - Secure entry - Pool with shaded pergola, grills and fire pit - Gym, yoga room, tanning bed - Leasing office and maintenance are very responsive and proactive (the maintenance guy is seriously the best); property is always well maintained inside and out Six month or 12 month lease with option to renew.
