This is an updated English Basement on Capitol Hill. Located in a safe neighborhood a short walk to Eastern Market and the Capitol. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Full sized kitchen, cork floors. It can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. The upstairs tenants are a quiet professional couple. This is our family home that we have rented out since we moved out of state. We are not a corporate rental agency and we prefer quiet, professional tenants. The rent is 1750.00 and utilities are billed at a flat rate of 100.00. We will consider pets on a case by case basis. The unit is available July 1st. We would prefer a one year lease but would consider shorter depending on the circumstance.
