Pet stays are welcome with a fee of $25 per night for 1-5 nights, $150 for 6-14 nights, and $10 per night per pet for 15+ nights. A complementary mid-stay clean is offered for stays longer than 30 days or upon request; an additional fee may apply. Located in a quiet neighborhood tucked away off the highway, this property offers easy access to I-35. It is 3.9 miles to Baylor Scott and White Medical Center, 5 miles to McClain's Children's Hospital and 2 miles to McClain's Clinic West, 8.9 miles to UMHB, 2 miles to the new Meta site, 32 miles to Fort Cavazos main gate, and 27 miles to the north gate. Exterior-only security cameras are present on the garage and front door. Smoking, parties, and unauthorized visitors are prohibited, and undisclosed pets will incur an additional $50 per pet per day penalty. Locals must contact us before booking, and no third-party bookings are allowed without approval. Guests must sign and return a rental agreement 48 hours prior to check-in, or before arrival for last-minute bookings. For stays longer than 1 month, you agree to a background check. You will be charged for any damage to the property caused by you or your guests.
