Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. Pets over 50lbs are not allowed. There is a one-time pet fee per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this home is close to parks and family-friendly activities, with easy access to main roads for smooth commuting. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval for $20 per hour before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00 and at 12:00 PM costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subject to a penalty of $300. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building and will incur a $1000 fine. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music and will incur a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is one security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. A $500 penalty applies if you’re locked out and need assistance. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by our housekeeping team for $150, which must be paid for by the guest. [SI]
