Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is charged based on stay length. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hour late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
